Abbie Bennington worked as a TV producer for the BBC news at Ten before changing careers to fulfil a lifelong ambition to work in food and drink. She trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine and gained experience working for the acclaimed Soho House Group as a sous chef. She has a passion for baking and works as a wine consultant for an award winning wine tasting company: ThirtyFifty. She is never happier than writing, teaching and talking about all things food and wine related.
